Located just 1.6km from Te Kauwhata’s town Centre, Swan Road Developments have been transforming a 8.73ha site at 25 Swan Road into a 95 lot residential subdivision. Sections range from 600m2 upwards and have views to the north and west over the Waikare Golf Course and to the southeast over farmlands and Lake Waikare.
Fraser Thomas have been engaged by Swan Road Developments to undertake the entire land subdivision process from planning, scheme plan, design, preparation of resource consents, construction management, observation of construction, completion, titling and land transfer of the subdivisional works over two stages.
Recent developments on the site have included:

- Commencement of construction of perimeter fencing and retaining walls
- Construction of large capacity wetlands pond to cater for the collection, treatment and discharge of stormwater runoff for the site as well as upstream catchment (a portion of Waikare Golf Course)
