We are pleased to announce that Mason Reed has been elected to be an Engineering New Zealand Fellow. Fellows are engineers who have been recognised by their peers as being a leader in their field and to have made a significant contribution to engineering.

Mason has been with Fraser Thomas since September 1998, and has over 26 years’ experience in the geotechnical engineering field, and currently holds the positions of Geotechnical Director, and Christchurch Office Branch Manager, for the Fraser Thomas Group.

Mason has also been an Engineering NZ Practice Area Assessor for the past 7 years. In this role he assesses the competence of geotechnical engineers who are seeking to become chartered.
