Fraser Thomas is excited to announce the appointment of Amir Montakhab as our Environmental Engineering Lead. Amir will be leading the environmental engineering team and managing technical outcomes.
In a professional capacity, Amir holds over 15 years of experience working in Government, universities, and large consultancies. His focus has been on three waters, stormwater, land development, and water resource engineering. Amir is a subject matter expert in the stormwater sector, and is one of the authors of Auckland Council’s guidance documents, including the Stormwater Code of Practice and the Stormwater Soakage Guidance document.
In his personal time, Amir is a dedicated husband and father, he also enjoys playing tennis, and travelling.
