Stage 1 of the Fernleigh Industrial Subdivision is on the market. Fraser Thomas Ltd prepared a Stormwater Management Report for the Fernleigh Business Park (FBP), as part of the Waiuku Integrated Catchment Management Plan, for which we were lead consultant, with Sean Finnigan being Project Manager. The FBP Structure Plan features an integrated open space system that contributes to stormwater management through a network of wetlands, ponds, open waterways and riparian planting; provides for cycleways/walkways; and links and acts as a buffer between different areas.
