We’ve loved helping bring this ultimate mega-man-cave-meets-minor-dwelling to life! Our surveying, structural, and geotechnical teams teamed up to create a two-storey space featuring four garages (including a boat-friendly high stud roof), storage galore, a cantilevered deck, and a well-appointed self-contained two-bedroom pad above. From site surveys and foundation design through to construction monitoring, we made sure this dream haven is rock-solid, well-designed, and ready for serious enjoyment.
